{"product_id":"patch-nyc-cat-head-solid-brass-incense-burner","title":"PATCH NYC Cat Head Solid Brass Incense Burner","description":"\u003cp\u003eWe are very excited to introduce our signature collection of PATCH NYC incense burners including this golden Cat Head. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe began this new collection by sketching a series of shapes and objects that we thought would make interesting incense burners.  To bring our pencil and ink sketches to life, we carved 3D models from hard wax like we do with some of our jewelry pieces.  Using a variety of sculpting tools and a patient hand, we scraped and scored the hard wax surfaces to emulate the line quality of our original sketches.  Once we had a finished wax prototype we made a mold and had the design cast in solid brass by a fine jewelry caster.  As a last step, each brass incense burner is tumbled, and the surface is carefully polished to enhance the detail.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePATCH NYC incense burners come with a ceramic dish to keep falling ashes contained while protecting your tabletop.  The ceramic dish on its own also functions as a holder for cone incense.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCat Head measures about 1.25\" tall x 1.25\" wide x 1.25\" deep.  \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eCeramic dish measures 3.25\" diameter x .75\" deep.  \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eHole fits a standard incense stick similar to Astier de Villatte incense (sold separately). \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease note: each incense burner is cast and polished individually so gold color and finish may vary slightly.
